Please be aware that our service fees always reflect the time it takes to perform each procedure and service.
Nail Art…
Please inform us of nail art a week before your appointment by DMing us on Instagram or emailing us with your top three choices. This will allow us to properly prepare and work efficiently. This applies for wedding nails, holiday nails, etcetera…
BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY
All appointments require a 48-hour notice of cancellation.
The following cancellation and late guidelines are strictly enforced: All cancellations must be made by phone at (732) 361-3850
Repetitive last-minute cancellations, rescheduling, and no-shows may result in an inability to book at Nails By Ginny
We recommend pre-booking your appointments at least two weeks in advance. For anyone restricted to evening and weekend only appointments, we recommend booking four weeks in advance to ensure that you are able to get the times you need
NO-SHOW GUIDELINES
No show? It happens, and we still would love to have you as a guest but you are responsible for that time. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Same-day cancellations or reschedules will incur an 80% charge. All sales are final and no refunds will be issued.
RUNNING LATE
Relax! We understand– things do happen and it's very frustrating! For this reason, we allow a grace period of ten minutes. We’ll always do our best to accommodate you, but if your late arrival affects the next scheduled appointment, we may need to reschedule.
PARKING
Did you hear? Asbury Park is the place to be! People love our community and it gets very busy here, especially during Summer peak season. Off-street metered parking is available, as well as a parking garage around the corner on Bangs Avenue with limited hours. We ask that you please plan accordingly as parking can be challenging and parking meters are enforced daily from 9AM to 2AM year-round.
